Being able to move tasks from one day to another, change the status, have an ongoing master list, etc. Would have paid for a working version of this in a heart beat. Sadly, I can't get through to this app's online support either. I am still looking for another version of this app made by someone else. At first glance, the utility is similar in concept and design to the Opus Domini app, yet it has been rewritten from scratch to provide more powerful functions. I'm not spending money to buy the pro version if the free version doesn't even work properly. Opus One is a task and schedule management application designed to help you keep track of your day to day activity, without losing sight of the projects and ideas that matter most to you. I read the other reviews and decided to take a chance as I NEED this app - but sadly I arrived at the same place of disappointment and frustration as others. So, every day going forward looks the same. But, now every time I add a task it makes the task repeat indefinitely, without creating a repeat rule. ![]() It's a digital form of the planner that keeps a person's daily life organized - using the A1,2,3 B1,2,3, C1,2,3 prioritizing method. I love the fact that this app works like a paper planner book and gives functionality no other app on the market seems to do. If anyone can suggest something to track To Dos, Appointments AND Contacts, other than Act, please comment. This is what I need and would be willing to pay for it if it worked. Tech support did not respond when I submitted a ticket. I've tried shutting down both apps and restarting, checking sync settings (not that they are documented). Sometimes things sync, but most often, they don't. I need to input To dos and appointments in the iPad, because of the larger screen and visibility of the right-hand notes page, but I need to view, edit and manage these items in my iPhone 5 while I'm in the field. The main problem with the app (for my purposes) is syncing between iPad and iPhone. The documentation is attractive, but after jumping back and forth to the Table of Contents, I found the procedural flow disorganized, and the app does NOT work as documented. Love the visual layout and think it has the ability to be an incredible tool, but it doesn't sync between devices- even iDevices. However, it’s quite exacting on its pricing and there are no bundles for larger groups of users to get discounts and extra features.I tried this on my new iPad4. Plus, it lets you customize your phone system to be the type of automated customer service you want for your business. You can work while on the go or away from the office. ![]() Overall, Callcloud is a great program to have since you get other features and even actual equipment when you avail it. Perhaps the only drawback to all of this is that there’s no company license package bundle for anyone wanting discounts and you can only input the number of users. You also get video-conferencing, CRM integration, voicemails, a virtual receptionist tool, and forwarding and transfer of calls. ![]() However, this system doesn’t just stop at VoIP. ![]() The software’s communication functions also include monitoring and recording of calls for improving your business’ customer service. Linking the two allows you to see relevant caller information before and during your call on your PC. You can also use a desktop-compatible phone handset plugged directly into the broadband router to manage the calls. You won’t need to miss any more calls this way. Callcloud can be accessed via either the desktop or mobile apps. The features you’ll find in this software are great for working remotely or at home.
